Background
- It is due to skills mismatch which SMEs are lack of workforce, but young job seekers are avoiding employment in SMEs.
- It is necessary to raise the awareness of skilled technicians through discovering, awarding and promoting successful outstanding skilled technicians in order to encourage young people to enter into technical areas.
Eligibility
Socially successful people including CEOs of SMEs, masters, head technicians or those who work in industrial fields for
more than 10 years after graduating from a vocational college, a polytechnic college, or a vocational training institute etc.,
Selection number
1 person per month (a total of 96 people from August 2006 to February 2015)
Benefits
- An award and commemorative plaque from the Minister of Employment and Labor, support for media reports on successful
stories, production and distribution support for essays, books and video materials, thereby promoting self-esteem.
- Eligible to work as a "vocational career guidance" lecturer for junior and high school students, and to serve as a expert of

(patent, utility model, ISO certification), government award, social contribution, etc.
